Our family- and life-phase-conscious human resources policy has been awarded

For the fourth time, 3con has received the berufundfamilie audit certificate. It is a seal of quality for employers who orient their personnel policy towards family and life phases and thus contribute to a family-friendly transformation of the working world. Since we already successfully passed our first audit in 2014, we can even look forward to receiving an award with distinction this year.

Reconciling work and private life is often a difficult balancing act. Whether it's childcare, caring for relatives, volunteering, or other things - working conditions that are compatible with different phases of life help employees to meet their private and professional needs in equal measure. "That's why we've been using the audit to find common solutions for a good work-life balance," says Marcus Heinrich (partner at 3con), who supports the project internally. "In this year's re-audit, for example, employees positively highlighted our authentic, honest and results-oriented work culture, which allows for individual freedom and flexibility."

Gebhard Grimm, Managing Partner at 3con, received the certificate yesterday at a ceremony in Berlin. In addition to 3con, 322 other organizations were awarded the berufundfamilie audit certificate this year.
