3con Management Consultants is an owner-led management consultancy based in Bonn, which was founded in 2002. Our roots are in the chemical industry. Today we primarily advise medium-sized and global companies in the process and manufacturing industries.

We are a strong team of consultants who work in close contact with our clients to find the best solutions. To us, sustainable project success means that the developed solutions are effective as well as accepted and lived by the whole organization. In order to achieve this, we act as a driving force, as facilitators, communicators, motivators, coaches and enablers. You won't find one-size-fits-all thinking at our company.
