Dr. Dieter Seng combines consulting approaches with entrepreneurial reality

Dr. Dieter Seng, born in 1968, is no stranger to 3con. After completing his studies in organic chemistry and earning his doctorate in Münster and Seattle, he helped shape the early days of 3con as an emerging management consulting firm. In 2006, he transitioned into the chemical industry and has since held various management positions in the specialty chemicals sector for different companies. For eight of those years, he lived and worked in Asia – acquiring a profound regional expertise, especially on the emerging market of Southeast Asia.

In 2023, Dieter made his long-awaited return to 3con as an Associate Partner. His primary focus is providing support to our clients in developing growth strategies for underdeveloped business areas and new regional markets. Dieter finds 3con's distinctive combination of entrepreneurial, strategic, operational, and even philosophical aspects particularly appealing.
