Management consulting remains a challenging profession - being aware of this, we support voluntary work and compatibility with family life wherever we can. In order to ensure that this aspiration is matched by tangible measures, we are regularly certified by the "Beruf und Familie" initiative sponsored by the Federal Ministry for Family Affairs. Moreover, we are a member of the network FAMILIENBEWUSSTE UNTERNEHMEN Bonn/Rhein-Sieg; initiated by the Kompetenzzentrum Frau & Beruf Bonn/Rhein-Sieg, supported by Ministry for Regional Identity, Communitiesand Local Government, Building and Gender Equality of the Land of North Rhine-Westphalia as well as the European Union (European Regional Development Fund).

Our responsibility for the environment
The fight against climate change is everyone's responsibility. That is why we see ecological sustainability as a central point of our corporate social action.
In the area of sustainability and environmental protection, it is our goal to minimize greenhouse gas emissions from our business activities. In addition to general travel activities, our annual carbon footprint also assesses electricity and gas consumption, for example.
Our emissions are offset by investing in a climate protection project. The project is selected annually by the employees in a voting process.
